2. Personal Data We Process
We process only what you send us through our forms. There is no automated profiling and no behavioural tracking.
Quote and contact form: e-mail address, phone number, pickup location, delivery location, service type, weight/volume.
Careers form: first name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, position applied for and the CV file you upload.
About your CV: everything you place in your CV reaches us. We recommend not including special categories of personal data (health, religion, union membership); if you do, we process them on the basis of your explicit consent.
3. Purposes
Quote and contact requests: assessing your request, preparing a quotation, contacting you and conducting pre-contractual discussions.
Job applications: assessing your application, running recruitment processes and contacting you.
Your data is never used for marketing, profiling or sale to third parties.
4. Legal Bases
Quote and contact data: Article 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the controller) of the KVKK.
Job application data: Article 5/2-c (steps prior to entering into a contract); any special categories appearing in a CV are processed on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 6/2.
5. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by non-fully-automated means, when you complete and submit a form on our website.
6. Transfers
As a rule your data is not shared. It may be transferred only to our hosting provider (which operates the server holding form records), our e-mail service provider (to deliver form notifications), and to competent public authorities where we are legally obliged to do so.
There are no international transfers. Our web and e-mail servers are hosted in Türkiye (Istanbul), so no transfer abroad within the meaning of Article 9 takes place.

8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask us to confirm whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, request that such actions be notified to third parties, object to results arising from analysis carried out solely by automated means, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request, with information verifying your identity, in writing to Yeni Mah. Varnalı Cad. B Blok (B1-B2-B3 Girişli) No: 32b İç Kapı No:30 Silivri/İstanbul or by e-mail from your registered address to info@eyetasimacilik.com.
We respond as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days, free of charge unless the request entails additional cost, in which case the tariff set by the Board may apply.
